During regular class we do exercises (drills, flows, movement riddles and games) that restore mobility, build focus, challenge coordination, develop awareness and promote power.
All you need is comfortable clothing.
The regular lessons are at 1800 – 1930 on Wednesday and Friday
(up the stairs, and in the Dojo.)
